The Kalshoven-Gieskes Forum on International Humanitarian Law (KGF) recognizes the Leiden Guidelines on the Use of DDE, and the associated resources housed in this database, to be ‘living’, in the sense that the resources require continual review and enhancement to accurately reflect the evolution of the treatment of DDE before international courts and tribunals.

The KGF welcomes readers’ feedback, commentary, and novel information related to DDE. The KGF also welcomes requests to collaborate or support the continued development of this resource database.
